Here's
a tank top that I started last spring and just finished up a couple of
months ago! The Sumiko Tank is a super fun knit, mostly stockinette
besides the bottom lace border (which is where the piece is begun,
working in the round), then with super satisfying decreases as you
approach the neckline, with eyelet holes giving the top of the garment
an elegant definition.
Mine ended up being much shorter than anticipated, though I'm guessing this was probably more lack of measuring on my part than any flaw in the pattern. I absolutely loved the yarn I used (a wonderful combination of 2 strands silk + 1 strand linen, both in nice, bright orange colors).

This is a crop top length, measuring 14.5" long.
